Abstract
The five chapters of this research work attempts to study the connection between violent conflict and human development using socio-economic parameters. Chapter one sets the pace for the study, looking at the historical background of the environment where the research focuses.
A good number of previous works in a similar light were reviewed such that the research relies on a profound foundation that will support the outcome of the work eventually.The systematic approach to the findings is structured on a statistical concept that adequately support the observations and hence, the recommendations
