Abstract
This thesis studied the concept of entrepreneurial well-being, and how it is related to an individual’s psychological well-being. This was done by analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions. In this research, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s (GEM) 162 077 participants were analyzed from the year 2018. Results showed that self-efficacy has a positive relationship with entrepreneurial intentions and actions, which makes it an important attribute for the field of entrepreneurship. Also, this thesis discusses the literature where self-efficacy has been shown to influence positively an individual’s well-being. Thus, this thesis highlights the importance of self-efficacy, which can influence positively our well-being and improve the functions of our lives.Description
