Abstract

This thesis studied the concept of entrepreneurial well-being, and how it is related to an individual’s psychological well-being. This was done by analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on the formation of entrepreneurial intentions. In this research, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s (GEM) 162 077 participants were analyzed from the year 2018. Also, this thesis discusses the literature where self-efficacy has been shown to influence positively an individual’s well-being. Thus, this thesis highlights the importance of self-efficacy, which can influence positively our well-being and improve the functions of our lives.
