Abstract
We use wafer-bonded crystalline aluminum indium phosphide (AlInP) to fabricate Mie-resonant nanostructures with strongly enhanced second-order nonlinear optical response. In particular, we experimentally demonstrate the resonant enhancement of second harmonic generation in AlInP nanodisks operating close to the anapole condition. Our results showcase AlInP as an attractive material for nonlinear nanophotonic applications.Description
