Abstract
Tässä työssä käydään läpi neljä kirjallisuudessa esiintyvää menetelmää normaalien estimointiin pistepilvelle. Menetelmät ovat tason sovitus, näytekonsensus, polynomipinnan sovitus ja syväoppiminen. Menetelmät ja tarvittava matematiikka selitetään yksityiskohtaisesti. Lisäksi vertaillaan menetelmien vahvuuksia ja heikkouksia.
