Objectives The main purpose of this study was to find out whether or not it is beneficial for companies to implement nap device usage from the employees’ perspective. In order to provide an appropriate analysis, the phrase “well-being” was defined in terms of relaxation, wakefulness, productivity, focus and sleeping better. Main objective of this study included the discovery of whether the usage of Neurosonic-Divan help improve employees’ perception of well-being or not. Summary As the society is ‘chronically sleep deprived’, receiving sufficient amount of sleep due to a healthy work-life balance is no doubt a very crucial part of an employee’s life. Since there are plenty of previous studies on the importance of sleep, but little to no research was done on a company’s employee’ perception on the usage of nap device, namely Neurosonic-Divan. A conceptual framework along with four hypotheses were derived from previous literature and tested out with an online quantitative questionnaire shared within DNA Oyj’s employees. The questionnaire included an open-ended question and close-ended multiple-choice questions. A volunteer sampling method was used, with a total of 44 responses collected via Webropol. Conclusions The findings suggest the employees of DNA Oyj find the usage of Neurosonic-Divan beneficial, and it helps improve their perception of well-being. With the majority of respondents (93%) responding the usage of Neurosonic-Divan brings positive effects, and over 85% of respondents rating the device above 8 on a scale of 1-10.en
