Abstract

Objectives • Analyze working behavior and preferences of culture representatives. • Analyze influence of cross-cultural behavior on working in teams • State possible challenges appearing in multicultural environment. • Determine and assess solutions for appearing challenges for managers working in multicultural environment. Summary The multiculturalism concept has big influence on business sector. Today, big companies inevitably face cultural diverse in any departments. The main point of managers is to take these opportunities by using any special skills of each members, in order to improve efficiency and boost company. Conclusions Analyzes of the existing studies reveals that the differences in cultures are present in Kazakh companies. Multiculturalism has great influence on the companies and it is effectiveness. Moreover, concept of multiculturalism is the main affects that contributes to unity of the team on workplace. It was found that there is no specific type of division of cultures into groups. However, 2 main strategies for dividing cultures and subcultures were studied. The study of the topic showed that people from different cultures are more tended to conflicts between each other.
