Abstract
The research aimed to develop a process for managing the material flow, with which we want to monitor missing components in the ERP system and reduce manual work.
The research was carried out as a case study. Information was collected through interviews, workshops, and observations in the researcher's work. Challenges related to the topic of the research occurred in everyday project management. The study was carried out with several stakeholders to guarantee high-quality re-search.
As a result, five significant discoveries were found, which the researcher analyzed. This development process should be planned together with stakeholders and is at least partially scalable with other suppliers.
The results made it clear that the development of processes requires the cooperation of all stakeholders to make deliveries run smoothly, as well as the importance of defining common goals. The possible elimination of manual processes reduces the number of human errors considerably.
