Abstract

Tässä työssä tutkitaan työn imun toteutumista teollisuuden työntekijätöissä. Tutkimus tehtiin teemahaastattelututkimuksena 2015 kesällä erään yrityksen Suomen tehtaalla. Työn tarkoituksena on selvittää, kuinka työn imu toteutuu tehdastöissä ja mitkä tekijät ovat tässä kontekstissa tärkeimpiä työn imun saavuttamisen kannalta.

This thesis studies how work engagement takes place in industrial blue collar jobs. The study was accomplished as a semi structured interview study in summer 2015 within a factory here in Finland. The goal of the thesis is to find out how work engagement is actualised in factory blue collar jobs and which factors are the most critical in achieving work engagement.
