Abstract
This thesis undertakes a comprehensive analysis of how wind and solar power affect Finland’s electricity market. It explores their impact and contributions to achieving zero emissions, share of renewables, security supply, and cost competitiveness and effectiveness within the market. For the thorough understanding of the topic, the study integrates two interviews with key stakeholders and an extensive literature review, thereby providing a comprehensive analysis of the subject.
