Abstract
The concluding chapter, Chapter 9, summarizes the implications of the topics introduced in the book. It reviews and highlights the key issues from each of the prior chapters. In addition, it raises some additional issues for further consideration. These include the sufficiency of critical materials, which can pose threats to the successful large-scale implementation of renewables. By acknowledging these issues early in the energy transition, it is hoped that surprises can be avoided later. Finally, some key action points and ways forward are presented.Description
