Abstract
Concern for the dynamic response of marine structures as required for safety, serviceability, habitability, and sustainability. This should include steady state, transient and random responses, including noise. Attention shall be given to dynamic responses resulting from environmental, machinery, propeller, and accidental loads. Uncertainties should be highlighted in the report.
