dc.description.abstractDesign as a creative activity requires flexible processes for its iterative and challenge-seeking nature. Simultaneously, project management focuses on effectiveness for to reach set business goals. To combine these two substantial aspects for current design work happening in the creative economy is somewhat a challenge, but essential.
