It is necessary for companies to take immediate action against disruptions and increase resilience in their operations to mitigate risks. This thesis examines the global chip shortage’s impact on business operations. In addition, it covers how semiconductor companies are executing strategies and the central factors in how these companies can increase resilience to tackle the chip shortage crisis.
