Abstract
The terahertz photoconductivity of epitaxial graphene grown on a SiC substrate is studied in magnetic fields. Under a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the sample's plane, a strong increase in the photoconductivity signal was detected due to suppression of electron-electron scattering. The photoconductivity mechanism based on the heating of electrons by terahertz radiation explains the experimental results.Description
