Abstract
The architecture of a D-band transceiver with beam-steering functionality is proposed and enabling technologies needed for implementation of the transceiver are studied. Viability of high frequency printed circuit board technology and 55 nm SiGe BiCMOS process for implementation of the D-band transceiver is demonstrated.Description
