Abstract:Kehittyneiden markkina-alueiden teollisuusyritykset ovat viime vuosina kasvattaneet palvelujen osuutta tarjoamissaan. Ilmiön ympärille on muodostunut laajoja tutkimuskokonaisuuksia ja löydösten avulla on pystytty osoittamaan palvelujen vaikuttavan positiivisesti yrityksen kannattavuuteen ja asemaan markkinoilla. Osoitettujen hyötyjen seurauksena yritysten halu muuttua tuotekeskeisistä organisaatioista kohti palvelukeskeisyyttä on kasvanut, mutta nykytietämys ei tarjoa tarvittavia työkaluja ja malleja muutoksen toteuttamiseksi. |
