Abstract:Prosessien louhinnan tavoitteena on tukea liiketoimintaprosessien ymmärtämistä. Tätä varten tiedot kerätään tapahtumalokeista automaattisesti koneoppimismenetelmiä hyödyntäen. Koneoppimismenetelmät mahdollistavat suurten tapahtumalokien käsittelemisen automaattisesti ilman asiantuntijan apua. Tämä väitöskirja selvittää tehokkaita koneoppimiseen perustuvia ratkaisuita prosessien louhintaan ja ennustavaan prosessianalytiikkaan liittyviin ongelmiin. |
