Abstract:Resorboituvia polymeerejä käytetään laajasti kudosteknologiassa ja kontrolloidussa lääkeaineannostelussa, sillä niitä voidaan muokata erilaisiin käyttökohteisiin. Tämän väitöskirjan tavoitteena oli valmistaa hydrolyyttisesti hajoavia polyestereitä ja -eettereitä, tutkia polymeerin kemiallisen koostumuksen ja kappaleen rakenteen vaikutusta lääkeainevapautukseen sekä valmistaa kontrolloituja 3D-rakenteita luu- ja hermoregeneraatioon. |
