Abstract:This dissertation presents the further development of IONCELL technology for the productionof modified and composite man-made cellulosic fibers using waste and virgin lignocellulosicmaterials. IONCELL technology consists of a dry-jet wet spinning process using an ionic liquid asa polymer solvent.
