Abstract:Tässä väitöskirjassa kehitettiin loistediodien eli LEDien spektrimalleja ja analyysimenetelmä ilmakehän otsonikerroksen paksuuden ja siihen liittyvien epävarmuuksien määrittämiseen. Lisäksi väitöskirjassa tutkittiin ilmakehän ominaisuuksien mittaamisessa käytettävien komponenttien ikääntymistä. Komponenttien ikääntyminen tuo lisähaasteen luotettavien mittausten tekemiseen. |
