Abstract:Spin-aallot ovat kollektiivisia viritystiloja magneettisissa materiaaleissa. Näillä aalloilla voi olla pitkä koherenssipituus, korkea ryhmänopeus ja aallonpituus nanometriluokassa. Aaltoluonnetta voidaan käyttää energiatehokkaassa laskennassa ja muissa laitteissa kuten mikroaaltosuodattimissa ja muistielementeissä. Koska spin-aaltojen eteneminen ei vaadi elektronien liikettä, Joule-häviöt voidaan välttää. |
