Abstract:Tämä väitöskirja käsittelee koneoppimismenetelmien soveltamista vastasyntyneiden tehohoidossa. Pääasiallinen tavoite on potilaan tilan ennustaminen monikanavaisen aikasarjadatan perusteella. Ennustusmenetelmien tutkimisen päämäärä on datalähtöisten työkalujen kehittäminen hoitohenkilökunnan päätöksenteon avuksi. |
