Abstract:Nanolangat ovat nanomittakaavan lankamaisia rakenteita, joita povataan alustoiksi seuraavan sukupolven elektroniikan ja optoelektroniikan sovelluksiin, kuten ledeihin ja aurinkokennoihin. Näkyvän valon aallonpituutta pienemmät mitat aiheuttavat optisia ilmiöitä, joita voidaan käyttää hyväksi yllämainituissa sovelluksissa. |
