Abstract:Väitöskirjatyö käsittelee optisten menetelmien suunnittelua, toteutusta ja käyttöä pintaliikkeiden karakterisointiin mikrorakenteissa. Työn erityisenä painopisteenä on ollut mittauslaitteistojen ja data-analyysimenetelmien kehittäminen pintavärähtelyjen tutkimiseksi mikromekaanisissa komponenteissa, jotka perustuvat esimerkiksi mikro-elektromekaanisiin systeemeihin (MEMS) tai pinta- ja tilavuusakustisiin aaltoihin. |
