Abstract:Erilaiset getterointitekniikat ovat tärkeitä puolijohdekomponenttien valmistuksessa sillä epäpuhtauksien läsnäololta prosesseissa on mahdotonta kokonaan välttyä. Tämän työn tarkoituksena on syventää nykyisille piiaurinkokennoille tärkeimpien getterointitekniikoiden ymmärtämystä teoreettisia ja kokeellisia tutkimusmenetelmiä käyttäen. |
