Abstract:Nykyisin viilupohjaisten tuotteiden tuotantoprosessissa ainetta rikkomattomilla mittauksilla on tärkeä rooli. Puun (ja viilun) materiaaliominaisuuksien suuri hajonta aiheuttaa haasteita tuotantoprosessiin ja lopputuotteen ominaisuuksiin. Ainetta rikkomattomilla mittausmenetelmillä voidaan mitata tärkeimmät materiaaliominaisuudet ja niiden perusteella lajitella puumateriaali ennalta määriteltyihin luokkiin. Tarkoituksena on saavuttaa parhaat mahdolliset ominaisuudet lopputuotteelle mahdollisimman pienellä hajonnalla. |
