Abstract:Fuusiokoelaitteen rakentaminen on monimutkainen, kallis ja aikaa vievä projekti. Laitteen kattava ennakoiva mallintaminen on edellytys sen suunnittelulle ja sujuvalle käytölle. Tätä tarkoitusta varten on kehitteillä lukuisia numeerisia tokamakeja, eli laskennallisten työkalujen kokoelmia, joiden kunnianhimoisena tavoitteena on kyetä mallintamaan plasman käytös purkauksen alusta loppuun. |
