Abstract:Työssä tutkittiin metsähakkuutähteiden käyttöä eräässä biopolttoaineen valmistusprosessissa. Erityisesti perehdyttiin raaka-aineen kemialliseen koostumukseen sekä sen vaikutuksiin prosessissa. Metsäbiomassaa fraktioitiin SO2-etanoli-vesi-keitolla, ja prosessille määriteltiin suotuisat olosuhteet. Lisäksi tutkittiin fraktioinnista saatavan kiinteän jakeen eli kuitujen entsymaattista hydrolyysiä. |
