Abstract:Magnetoenkefalografia (MEG) on ei-invasiivinen funktionaalinen kuvantamismenetelmä, jossa mitataan aivojen synnyttämiä magneettikenttiä pään ulkopuolelta. MEG:n etuja ovat korkea aikaresoluutio esim. funktionaaliseen magneettiresonanssikuvaukseen verrattuna, ja toisaalta yksinkertaisempi ja tarkempi lähdemallinnus EEG:hen verrattuna. |
