Mykotoksiinit aiheuttavat vuosittain merkittäviä sadon menetyksiä maailmanlaajuisesti, sekä erilaisia haitallisia terveysvaikutuksia saastunutta ruokaa tai rehua syöville ihmisille ja eläimille. Mykotoksiinit ovat maailmanlaajuinen ongelma ja niiden määrittäminen ja kontrollointi on yhä tärkeämpää. |
