How to add an Errata document to Aaltodoc

If errors are found in a thesis after it has been approved and saved in the Aaltodoc publication archive, the thesis on Aaltodoc is not replaced with a corrected version; instead, the corrections are made on a separate Errata document, which is attached to the thesis. Thesis authors may do this themselves after receiving permission from the thesis supervisor.
